At SNOBGIRLS, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and a seamless client experience. The following policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with Québec law.


Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • Customer must have a return authorization
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used haircare products

  • Personal care items once unsealed

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Contact info@snobgirls.ca to request a return authorization.
  • You will be notified by email of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution


Refused Deliveries / Change of Mind

If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

Under Québec law, this situation is considered a client-initiated return (not a product defect or error).

As such, SNOBGIRLS reserves the right to deduct the following from your refund:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs charged by the carrier

  • Any additional carrier handling or refusal fees


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied to refused deliveries or non-defective returns.

This fee reflects handling, processing, and inventory reintegration costs.

👉 This restocking policy is clearly disclosed prior to purchase and forms part of our terms and conditions, in accordance with Québec Consumer Protection requirements.


 

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
